Follow the step by step:

  1. Wash and dry the apples and cut them into small cubes. Reserve.
  2. Wash and peel the cucumber, and do the same.
  3. Bring a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and make the chicken breasts. Next, cut the fillets into cubes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the corn. If necessary season this mixture.
  5. Next, add the apple, cucumber and chicken. Mix well. Reserve it in the fridge.
  6. Meanwhile, wash the lettuce.
  7. Cut the bread in half, add the lettuce and two tablespoons of the chicken mixture on top. And here we have a refreshing sandwich for any occasion and place.

2. Smoked Salmon and Guacamole Sandwich

  • 2 smoked salmon fillets
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 onion grated
  • 2 diced tomatoes (pitted)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Chopped parsley
  • Oil and salt
  • White or whole wheat sliced ​​bread

Follow the step by step:

  1. Cut the salmon fillets into small pieces and season with salt and pepper (optional). Reserve.
