  • 2 cans of canned tuna, in oil or water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 carrot grated very finely
  • 1/2 small onion in pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, very minced
  • Chopped parsley
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Pepper (optional)
